As part of the combination of RLG and OCLC, usage statistics from March 2005 for RLG services are being moved to the OCLC Usage Statistics Web site. You will be able to retrieve statistics from RLG User Activity Reports until September 2007.
Please note that some reports will not be moved to the OCLC Usage Statistics Web site. These include:
- All reports through February 2005 (currently available using your Invoice Account Code)
- Monthly reports
- CAMIO and RCM reports
IMPORTANT! If you wish to retain these reports, please download them by September 21, 2007.
Information about the transfer of statistics will continue to be posted here as it becomes available.
RLG mails printed invoices monthly to customers. (Read about invoices).
Statistical detail backing up these invoices is provided online at the protected reports.rlg.org site. There, customers can print or download a variety of user activity reports for their accounts.
For activity recorded in March 2005 and after, customers should use your institution's Reports Access Code. This does not appear on invoices. Instead, RLG e-mails the current code each month to your primary service administrators and billing contacts, as part of announcing that reports for the previous month's activity are available online.
To access reports for activity through February 2005, you continue to need and use your institution's old Invoice Account Code, which is printed on invoices of that period.
Contact the RLG Information Center if you cannot locate your Reports Access Code or your Invoice Account Code, or if you have any difficulty using your reports.
