How do I get best results when printing pages? We suggest you enable printing of background colors. In IE, go to Tools —> Internet Options, select the "Advanced" tab, and check "Print background colors and images."

How does this relate to the old site? When we launched the new site on April 7, 2004, we moved virtually everything from the old RLG Web site—and updated nearly all of it.

We haven't removed the former site yet, to avoid breaking bookmarks and article citations—but it is not at all current. Please be sure to update your bookmarks and any links to RLG pages in your Web sites! RLG's webmaster can assist you in determining the new URLs to replace old links.

What is RLG's privacy policy? At RLG, as is traditional in libraries, what you look for and see is your own private matter. Users of RLG's online resources and services, including this Web site, are anonymous.

When you contact RLG using any of the e-mail links or order forms in this site, we use the information you provide only to answer and act on your requests. RLG does not share any of this information with its member institutions or with other companies or organizations.

RLG will not send you e-mail without your permission. We will not add you to any mailing lists other than newsletters or discussion lists that you have explicitly joined. (Member representatives receive periodic communications from RLG, including monthly e-mailed briefings.)

When you log on to any of RLG's Web sites, we record information about your computer connection, such as IP address, browser version, and operating system. For analysis, we may occasionally log a small random sample of sessions. When you use an RLG database that requires a subscription, we also identify your session by institution, to support billing.
