Le chapelet d'ambre : nouvelles by Ahmed Sefrioui ( Book )
12 editions published between 1949 and 1964 in French and English and held by 104 WorldCat member libraries worldwide
His first volume, Le Chapelet dʹambre (1949; "The Amber Beads"), consists of 14 short pieces dealing with the lives of those unassimilated into French colonial culture. He wrote of Qurʹanic students (he had been one in his youth), of donkey drivers, pilgrims, artisans, shopkeepers, vagabonds, and mystics. A tone of melancholy pervades this world. -- from http://www.britannica.com (June 20, 2014)
La boîte à merveilles : roman by Ahmed Sefrioui ( Book )
14 editions published between 1954 and 1986 in French and English and held by 58 WorldCat member libraries worldwide
-- from http://www.samysouhail.com/2010/10/resume-la-boite-merveille-ahmed.html#ixzz355OfD8fD (June 20, 2014)

La maison de servitude by Ahmed Sefrioui ( Book )
3 editions published between 1973 and 2000 in Undetermined and French and held by 8 WorldCat member libraries worldwide
-- Back cover
