71 editions published between 1939 and 2014 in 4 languages and held by 365 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

The harmony of the world by
Johannes Kepler(
Book
)
9 editions published in 1997 in English and Spanish and held by 321 WorldCat member libraries worldwide
"Johannes Kepler published Harmonies of the World in 1619. This was the summation of his theories about celestial correspondences, and ties together the ratios of the planetary orbits, musical theory, and the Platonic solids. Kepler's speculations are long discredited. However, this work stands as a bridge between the Hermetic philosophy of the Renaissance, which sought systems of symbolic correspondences in the fabric of nature, and modern science. And today, we finally have heard the music of the spheres: data from outer system probes have been translated into acoustic form, and we can listen to strange clicks and moans from Jupiter's magnetosphere." -- Amazon.com viewed August 11, 2020

Systema cosmicum by
Galileo Galilei(
)
13 editions published between 1635 and 1965 in Latin and Italian and held by 288 WorldCat member libraries worldwide
Galileo Galilei's (1564-1642) Dialogue Concerning the Two Chief World Systems was first published in Italian in 1632 (Florence). Because Galileo's comparison between the Copernican and the traditional Ptolemaic systems had caused outrage among the Catholic clergy, the book was placed on the Index of Forbidden Books. Fortunately, the manuscript was adopted by scholars throughout Europe. The Elzeviers' Latin edition, titled Dialogus Systema Mundi was published in 1635, and contains a beautiful title page, as well as a portrait of the author

Sidereus nuncius, or, The Sidereal messenger by
Galileo Galilei(
Book
)
29 editions published between 1880 and 1989 in English and French and held by 189 WorldCat member libraries worldwide
"Sidereus Nuncius (usually Sidereal Messenger, also Starry Messenger or Sidereal Message) is a short astronomical treatise (or pamphlet) published in New Latin by Galileo Galilei in March 1610. It was the first published scientific work based on observations made through a telescope, and it contains the results of Galileo's early observations of the imperfect and mountainous Moon, the hundreds of stars that were unable to be seen in either the Milky Way or certain constellations with the naked eye, and the Medicean Stars that appeared to be circling Jupiter.[1] The Latin word nuncius was typically used during this time period to denote messenger; however, albeit less frequently, it was also interpreted as message. While the title Sidereus Nuncius is usually translated into English as Sidereal Messenger, many of Galileo's early drafts of the book and later related writings indicate that the intended purpose of the book was "simply to report the news about recent developments in astronomy, not to pass himself off solemnly as an ambassador from heaven."[2] Therefore, the correct English translation of the title is Sidereal Message (or often, Starry Message)."--Wikiped, Nov/2014
