Michael Kowrach was born in Poland in 1835. He married Kamilia Suchocka about 1872. They were the parents of ten children before bringing their family to the United States in 1896. They settled in Michigan. Their oldest son returned to Poland where he married and during World War II. His only son, a doctor, died in Auschwitz. Information on their descendants both in Poland and America as well as material on some Suchocka relatives who continue to live in Europe is included in this volume. Descendants have lived in Michigan, Washington, Florida, and elsewhere.
