Boon and others, and of a paper intituled, The case of the Church of England in Carolina by South Carolina( )

9 editions published between 1706 and 2005 in English and held by 248 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

The proprietors' reply to Joseph Boone's petition presented to the House of Lords on behalf of dissenters in South Carolina. The response supported the law to establish the building of more Churches of England in Carolina (as well as regulations regarding ministers and other matters) and challenged the statements of Boone,"known to be a dissenter," and a great "opposer" of the establishment of the church in that part of the province
