Sale catalog of manuscripts assembled to produce Autograph leaves of our country's authors (Baltimore: Cushings & Bailey, 1864), a volume of facsimiles marketed for the benefit of the Baltimore Sanitary Fair, April 1864. All but the Gettysburg Address manuscript are listed together for sale as a single lot of 95 pieces, as preserved in a volume with spine title "Autograph leaves, 1864". The Lincoln manuscript, known as the "Bliss copy", was removed from the album by Parke-Bernet to be sold separately, and replaced by photographic copies. It was purchased at the sale by Oscar Cintas, by whose will it was left in 1957 to the people of the United States for placement in the collections of the White House, and is now displayed in the Lincoln Bedroom
