Es ist fast so etwas wie eine Familienproduktion: Für zwei große Beethoven-Konzerte haben sich die Pianistin Mari Kodama und ihr Ehemann, der Dirigent Kent Nagano, mit dem Deutschen Symphonie-Orchester Berlin zusammengetan. Auf ihrem Programm: das Tripelkonzert - 1803/04 in einer äußerst produktiven Schaffensphase entstanden, in einer Zeit, in der Beethoven auch die "Eroica" komponierte - und das dritte Klavierkonzert aus dem Jahr 1800, da war Beethoven an einem Höhepunkt seiner Virtuosenkarriere angelangt. Die beiden anderen Solisten im Tripelkonzert sind Kolja Blacher und Johannes Moser. Blacher und Moser harmonieren insgesamt gut miteinander, Kodama setzt ihren manchmal fast kalt strahlenden Klavierton dazu (...)
