The first item is articles of agreement between John Miller and Peter Becker, both of the town of Galen, dated May 20, 1828. The agreement is witnessed by Joseph Brownell, Joseph Gilding, and John W. Schermerhorn. The agreement relates a leasing of a parcel of farmland by Miller to Becker. The second item is a list of property (mostly farm animals) from the estate of John Miller, now deceased, that was given to Peter Becker by James J. Vanderburgh and others, who are the executors of John Miller's estate. The list is dated January 5, 1829, and is signed by Peter Becker, and witnessed by Joseph Brownell. The third item is a deed from Masterton Ure, John Gordon and Robert Troup, by their attorney Joseph Fellows, to Peter Becker and his wife Elizabeth. This deed is for a piece of land in Galen, New York, and is dated August 30, 1831. The deed includes an affidavit of Judge Godfrey J. Grosvenor
