A Budapest, tutto è cambiato: nella casa del ragazzo abita una nuova famiglia, e nessuno sembra comprendere i sentimenti del giovane né l’esperienza che ha vissuto: tutti lo invitano a dimenticare. Ma per György non è possibile: e il film si chiude con la voce over del ragazzo che si dichiara pronto a iniziare una nuova vita, colma di speranza ma anche memore e consapevole di ciò che è stato
