Littlefield, Alice Trumbull Mason, Elizabeth McFadden, Daphne Mumford, Barnett Newman, Philip Pavia, Mark Rothko, Elsa Schmid, and Jane Teller; curator Henry Ginsburg; writers Barbara Nimri Aziz, Georgine Oeri, Gertrud Oeri-Sarasin, and Leo Yamin; and galleries including the Ingber Gallery and the Landmark Gallery. There are also letter files concerning the CIGY-GEIGY Corporation; for Alice Yamin's brother, businessman Frank S. Bernard, and the town of Chilmark, Massachusetts, where the Yamins spent their summers. Even though Yamin's responses to the letters are not included in the collection, this series illustrates the wide range of her friendships and associates in the art business

Miscellaneous records, mainly from 1933 to 1937, of the Ladies of the Grand Army of the Republic (LGAR), a patriotic woman's organization, Wisconsin Department and National Headquarters. The LGAR is affiliated with the Grand Army of the Republic and its membership is limited to female blood relatives of honorably discharged Civil War servicemen. The collection includes state and national general orders, describes LGAR projects and activities, lists LGAR officers and includes tributes to deceased members. It also contains procedural recommendations, ritual and song cards, a department roster book (1913?-1916?) and some correspondence (ca. 1919) of Alice Mason, Wisconsin Department president, listing officers of the department and noting some of their activities. The collection also includes one photograph of a ca. 1940's gathering of the LGAR, Wisconsin Department at what appears to be a soldier's home (PH Box 1, Folder 1)
