The proprietor (Gypsy Rose Lee) of El Madhouse, a tawdry nightclub, hires the girl but then a series of murders by "The Ripper" attracts the attention of a newspaper reporter (Phil Carey), and the doctor and reporter face off to try to protect the girl.
