The last waltz by Band (Musical group)( Visual )

23 editions published between 1977 and 2016 in English and German and held by 1,355 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

Thanksgiving, 1976, San Francisco's Winterland: the Band performs its last concert after 16 years on the road. Some numbers they do alone, some songs include guest artists from Ronnie Hawkins (their first boss, when they were the Hawks) to Bob Dylan (their last, when as his backup and as a solo group, they came into their own). Scorsese's camera explores the interactions onstage in the making of music. Offstage, he interviews the Band's five members, focusing on the nature of life on the road. The friendships, the harmonies, the hijinks, and the wear and tear add up to a last waltz

His death certain, Nobody teaches Blake to face the dangers that follow a "dead man."

Neil Young : heart of gold by Neil Young( Visual )

19 editions published between 2005 and 2009 in 3 languages and held by 749 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

"Neil Young: Heart of Gold" is a love letter to the consistency and familiarity of Neil Young's voice, a floating silver reed with all the colors of moonlight in it. The songs are from Young's albums "Prairie Wind" (2005), "Harvest Moon" (1992), and "Harvest" (1972). For the premiere of "Prairie Wind" Young gathered long-time band mates and old friends like Emmylou Harris for a performance that has the feel of a casual reunion picnic. Held at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium--the original home of the Grand Ole Opry, and a room with what may be the finest acoustics in the universe--the whole ensemble nattily attired in neatly tailored traditional western get-ups, it is as if the ghosts of the Ryman are singing through them. Young's songs speak to ensuring continuity between the past and the present, while cutting a path into the future, and he and his fellow performers open themselves so wholly to their surroundings that they become a part of it
