The volume contains revelations, correspondence, minutes of meetings in which Joseph Smith participated, and licenses provided to church officers. History of the Saints( Visual )

1 edition published in 2014 in English and held by 12 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

Beginning at the moment that young Joseph Smith Jr. was "seized upon by some power" during the First Vision, early Latter-day Saints experienced terrible persecutions. What began as maltreatment against Joseph soon spread to those who believed as he did and widened from more reviling words to murder and mayhem by mobs, militias, and armies. This groundbreaking companion documentary describes some of the more notable moments of persecution against the Latter-day Daints and their sufferings and loss, while at the same time demonstrating the faith and willingness to endure by many faithful Saints. Indeed, this is an inspiritng story of miracles, obedience, sacrifice, and enduring to the end
