John Harvard, for whom Harvard College (later Harvard University) was named, immigrated from England to Boston, Massachusetts, and settled at Cambridge. 6 editions published between 1881 and 1986 in English and held by 25 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

Chiefly consists of arguments against a theory that Matthias Corwin was of Hungarian origin. Matthias Corwin immigrated from England to Ipswich, Massachusetts, and moved in 1640 to Southold, Long Island, New York. A book on Corwin genealogy published in 1872 claims that Matthias was originally from Hungary, and was a direct descendant of King Matthias Corvinus, king of Hungary from 1458 to 1491. The book also supports a theory that Matthias was a brother of George Corwin of Salem, Massachusetts, but supports this theory for unacceptable reasons in the view of the author of this pamphlet
