Known as the 4077 MASH (Mobile Army Surgical Hospital), this group of doctors and nurses were stationed only three miles from the front during the Korean War. As the war drags on the fight to save the incoming wounded that are helicoptered in directly from the front lines becomes hard for everyone. But as much as the gang of the 4077 cares for the wounded soldiers, they also care about each other. And that camaraderie, coupled with a liberal dose of hijinks and hilarity, served to make their tour of duty in Korea an experience none of them would ever forget

Korea, 1950. They were the 4077 MASH (Mobile Army Surgical Hospital) unit stationed three miles from the front. After months of living a stone's throw away from the daily bombings and dealing with the resulting nonstop casualties, the docs and nurses still managed to live up to their motto of delivering the "best care anywhere." The only things that kept the continued stress of war from turning these docs into casualties themselves were their own surgically sharp wits, love of laughter, and the knowledge that they were often the only hope for the incoming wounded

(Producer) Autism's cause is unknown. There is no cure, and it strikes each victim differently.
