Vielmehr wird professionell betriebene Offentlichkeitsarbeit Stand punkte, Fakten und Argumente darlegen, die ehrlich und begrtindet sind. Indem es BewuBtsein schafft, versucht PR eine ausgewahlte Zielgrup pe zu tiberzeugen, daB eine bestimmte Meinung oder Entscheidung richtig ist - das kann ein Bonner ParlamentsbeschluB tiber umwelt freundliche Verpackungen sein, eine EG-Richtlinie tiber Agrarsub ventionen, die Entscheidung, ein bestimmtes Mineralwasser zu kau fen oder wieviel finanzielle Unterstiitzung die neuen Bundeslander benotigen
