Bailey the administrator of Mary Ann Bailey's estate. The will, originally written on July 29, 1886, leaves Bailey's property to her husband, Henry Bailey, or in the event of her husband's death, to their son, William Bailey. Henry Bailey and Richard W. Simpson are named executors of her will. Includes certification of the copy by the county clerk, dated Feb. 25, 1892

Robert Joyce Tiffany was a San Francisco businessman involved in the manufacture of hats and in a savings and loan bank. After retirement, he became a drunkard, and the family broke up. While living with another woman in 1885, he wrote a will and codicil leaving some of the estate to this woman. His wife contested the will. The judge's decision was that Tiffany was not competent, due to drunkenness and the woman's influence, when he wrote the will. Probate was denied
