5 editions published in 2014 in French and held by 63 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

2 editions published in 2005 in French and held by 11 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

3 editions published between 1991 and 1992 in French and held by 5 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

THE CLINICAL ENCOUNTER PROGRESSES WITHIN A PARTICULAR SPACE DEFINED BY PSYCHOANALYSTS AS A POTENTIAL SPACE. THE AUTHOR OF THIS THESIS SUGGESTS A SPECIFICALLY TEMPORAL DIMENSIOPN OF THE ENCOUNTER WHICH HE PROPOSES TO NAME POTENTIAL TIME. DRAWING FROM THE TEMPORAL PARADIGM TO ESTABLISH THE METAPSYCHOLOGICAL THEORY OF THE CLINICAL ENCOUNTER, HE PUTS FORWARD THE HYPOTHESIS OF TEMPORAL FIGURES ARISING FROM THE PSYCHOLOGICAL PROCESSING OF INFORMATION ON THE PRIMAL, PRIMARY AND SECONDARY REGISTERS. THE ARTICULATION OF THESE THREE FIGURES WOULD BE AT THE ORIGINE OF WHAT THE AUTHOR NAMES THE TEMPORAL STYLE. FROM THERE ON, HE EXAMINES FROM THE TEMPORAL POINT OF VIEW THE NOTION OF PSYCHICAL REALITY AND, THROUGH VARIOUS CLINICAL (PSYCHOPATHOLOGY OF THE OLD AGE, PSYCHOLOGICAL ACCOMPANIMENT) AND CULTURAL (ANALYSIS OF DON GIOVANNI FROM MOZART, ANALYSUIS OF THE BAROQUE MECHANISM) SITUATIONS, HE REPORTS ON THE TEMPORAL CONDITIONS OF THE CLINICAL ENCOUNTER AND ITS PSYCHOPOATHOLOGICAL DETERMINATIONS

Clinique de l'inceste : Père-fille, enfant sacrifié by Florence Sourd-Pellegrin( Book )

2 editions published in 2014 in French and held by 2 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

The reality of incest reveals the frequency of these acts, committed regardless differentiation of gender, age or social status. The purpose of this thesis is divided into three parts: The first part, we give an overview on the issue of incest. This part deals with the definition of incest, its prohibition, its purpose and origin from diverse theoretical backgrounds, socio-anthropological, biological, and psychoanalytical. A second part develops clinical hypotheses through case studies: Assumption that the incestuous family will use calming strategies and the transition to incest could be one (maladaptive) of these processes. Hypothesis of maternal injunction (implicit and in a systemic approach) could lead to incest A third part is dedicated to the princeps version of the tale "Donkeyskin" (by Perrault and also Grimm) and its useful aspects as a media in group therapy for offenders

2 editions published in 2013 in French and held by 2 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

The aim of this research is to point out the importance of sensoriality as means of intersubjective encounter starting from the notion of sensuality. I am tryng to show that this concept can take a function as organizer of a primary type relationship and the part it development of a therapeutic device that I have named inernal resonance box which is based on assumptions of psychoanalytic currents around the Ego-skin content-container function and the psychic envelopes articulated around notions of emotional adjustment and emotionally-tonic adjustment. I present this device, as representation of a space-content, able to mobilize the sensoriality such as touch, sound, visual, olfactory and kinesthetic in a dynamic encounter for the purpose of a libidinization of primary type link wich favours prymary internalization of the contenant function and structure of the Ego in both physical and psychological dimensions in relational dynamics. By studing four children who were followed in the internal resonance box, I point out the part that this notion plays in therapeutic work. I suggest the idea that in co-sensuality, the sensorial experience of two bodies, the child's and the therapist's, will be part of a sharing and "emotional resonance" system, developed from the representation work offered by therapist in the "content" position

2 editions published in 2007 in French and held by 2 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

2 editions published in 2020 in French and held by 2 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

The impact of digital devices in psychopathology is a current issue that is fuelling many debates in the scientific literature and clinical practice. New symptoms are attributed to these technological objects questioning their effects on both social bond and subjectivities. After setting the different ways the literature review presents these issues, we show that the analytical paradigm has regularly drawn inspiration from mechanical and mechanistic theoretical models. The Lacanian subject then appears as a frontier concept, just as the Freudian unconscious, which allows us to extract ourselves from the strict human/machine binarism. We show that clinical study of psychoses' structure has, since the beginnings of psychoanalysis, taught practitioners about the (auto-)therapeutic constructions that subjects could carry out by drawing on the machine. We then question the way in which the analytical paradigm can recognize these devices as possible "digital crutches" for the clinical study of psychotic supplementary devices. On the strength of the therapeutic results obtained during digital workshops, we show that it is first and formost the position occupied by the clinician in the transference which can allows us to find therapeutic levers in these objects. This is less a digital clinical practice than a clinical use of digital media. Finally, we question the extent of to which these devices can facilitate or hinder the implementation of these "transferential partnerships". Therefore we propose some clinical and therapeutic orientations in the use of digital objects with psychotic subjects

2 editions published in 2010 in French and held by 2 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

What is “intime” is located in what is dissimulated, hidden and kept secret. While “intimités” depend on the myths and on the constructions of the logos. From this statement, we suggest that the “intimités”, in their relation with constructions based upon myths and fictions, could be considered as defensive answers when we draw nearer the “intime” - a notion filed with mystery, especially when it is closed to the question of the origins. In order to distinguish “intime” and “intimités”, we have used the difference between mystical and tragical concepts. And we have established that “intime” was depending of tragic, while “intimités” depend of the myths. Man finds in the intimacies a representation of his identity. While the notion of “intime” allows a metaphoric re-presentation. This one comes as en echo towards what is strange in “my own being”. For our demonstration, we relay upon the re-presentation which is given by art (what even art is pictorial, musical or poetical). The intimate is located beyond the “intimités”, which are characteristic of the human being, in an an-historical place, which is found in the original “yes”. This sentence, always ready to be repeated, is called Bejahung. In our opinion, we can find the “intime” in this presence saying “yes”, the strangeness of which is total, and which shows that the “subject of the unconscious”. Besides, this idea coincides with the external side of the intimate, mentioned by Lacan and named by him “the extimity”. From this possible re-actualization offered by the Bejahung, we suggest to study an ethic of the intimate, characterized when the subject says “yes” to this unknown part of himself. This part of his being gives him the possibility to live intimate moments, as where time is absolute. Besides, if “intimités” depend of what can be represented, as it comes with pictorial art, “intime”, for its part, cannot be represented. Consequently, “intimités” which are specular and fantasmatic, take the form of human figure, and are defined structurally by limited contours. While “intime”, place of radical incognito, opens with unlimited

2 editions published in 2013 in French and held by 2 WorldCat member libraries worldwide

The goal of this research project is to define the scope of clinical practice in psychotherapy that uses artistic mediations. It also intends to examine the position of the psychotherapist in the context of care through an artistic mediation (painting, drawing, clay). The clinical situation in Art Therapy has two distinctive characteristics from verbal therapy: 1. the passage from a face to face interaction that implies a visual contact to the presence of the clinician outside the patient's visual field once s/he is working at an easel, 2. the creation of a plastic object under the sight of a clinician. This research is based on a work of analysis of fundamental psychoanalytic concepts applied to mediated psychotherapy and on the development of the concept of "critical image." To denote an image as critical is to consider it as a place of exerted tension and exerted crisis of a symptom according to different logics of symbolization. The meta-psychological hypothesis that guides my research relies on symbolization processes based on the inter-subjectivity of sharing different levels of symbolization between the therapist and the patient. A case study of a patient undergoing art therapy constitutes the methodology of this research
