Linearity is a live performance of Felciano's composition for harp played by Beverly Bellows. Golden Gate was shot on 16 mm film and transferred to video and then video processed. The work is a montage of images of the Goldon Gate Bridge and the cars and people who cross it, as well as the birds and boats that pass through and around it. The tape contains two identical recordings of Golden Gate.
