Brewster Kahle, digital librarian, director and co-founder of the Internet Archive, talked about capturing material on the Internet and the challenges of selecting pertinent content. His talk, "Universal access to knowledge," was followed by a panel discussion and a question and answer session with the audience at the venue, including questions submitted by C-SPAN viewers by electronic mail.
