Handwritten document (2 p.) containing a Spanish translation of two papal bulls by Pope Clement XIII granting indulgences to the Capuchin nuns of the convent at Querétaro upon the renewal of their vows (Feb. 12 and April 30, 1765). Includes the certification and signature of translator, Br. Juan Manuel Calderon, in Mexico [City?] on June 23, 1767. Also includes a corresponding one page letter, dated July 10, 1767, from the convent to the governing Audiencia [Querétaro] forwarding the bulls to them and asking that their observance be approved. Endorsed favorably and signed by three of the Audienca on Aug. 16, 1767
