After developing a toothache, Cage must travel alone through the countryside to find a dentist. Along the way he hears of a short cut that will help him get to the camp with the dentist more quickly. Taking said shortcut, he quickly becomes lost. At an oasis he encounters an enticing native girl bathing alone. Rape follows, but pangs of conscience compel him to stay with her.
