La exposición está compuesta por 110 obras, 75 de ellas pictóricas y 35 esculturas, realizadas por los hermanos Tinoco Ortiz, el primero escultor y el segundo pintor. La obra de Alejandro muestra dibujos, tipos, retratos, naturalezas muertas, y escenas de niños y niñas santeños, y la de Mauricio, bocetos, retratos y figuras humanas y de animales. A ambos les unió un mismo espacio en su localidad natal, su taller en los Santos de Maimona y, especialmente, un intercambio de ideas, conceptos y planteamientos estéticos que son suficientes argumentos para que se aborde un homenaje conjunto y un catálogo común
