Slides, taken ca. 1958-1960, are of both historical photographs and contemporary sites of forts in Arizona and New Mexico. Also present are notes, typescripts, and slides concerning Al Sieber, slides of Apache Indians, and charts which list posts alphabetically and chronologically by date activated

This is a collection of typed, signed manuscripts by Frank A. Schilling. Most are manuscripts from the Conservation Association of Los Angeles County's broadcasts on KECA as port of the Chaparral Club program. Scripts are from broadcasts from 1932 October 28 to 1937 September. This collection also includes other manuscripts, such as two manuscripts by Shilling entitled "Al Sieber, Chief of Apache Scouts," one is a memorial addrss and the other is a typescript of a chapter that appears in the Westerners' Brand Book, Los Angeles Chapter, 1948. Also includes Folklore of Native Trees of California (with F.W. Hodge writing), Wild Flower Lore inscribed to FWH from FAS, three manuscripts on fire in relation to human culture, Apr., Aug. and Sept. 1937, and program on "Fisherman's Fiesta at Monterey, CA."

The Edison Building on the corner of Third Street and Broadway in central Los Angeles, completed in 1918, was the home of Grauman's Theater (later renamed the Million Dollar Theater) and the Owl Drug Company. The building was designed by architects Albert G. Martin and William Lee Woollett . The album contains photographs documenting the progress of construction, and also includes photographs of some of the building's architectural details
