Most of the photographs are studio portraits, some used in publications, and represent business professionals in a wide range of industries including advertising, airline, alcoholic beverage, banking, brokerage, insurance, manufacturing, petroleum, publishing, real estate, retail, recording and tobacco. Among the men and women portrayed, are Harold Doley, founder of Doley Securities, and Walley "Famous" Amos, founder of "Famous Amos" chocolate chip cookies. Portraits from the 1920s to the 1950s are limited.
