"This is the second volume dedicated to an anonymous medieval Karaite grammar of Biblical Hebrew Kitāb al-ʻUqūd fī Taṣārīf al-Luġa al-ʻIbrāniyya (Book of Rules regarding the Grammatical Inflections of the Hebrew Language) ... The present volume contains a critical edition and an English translation of Kitāb al-ʻUqūd, accompanied by a study of the vocalisation of the manuscripts and a terminological glossary. The previous volume dedicated to Kitāb al-ʻUqūd contained a reconstruction of the treatise from unpublished sources and a study of grammatical theories and didactic tools as they are reflected in Kitāb al-ʻUqūd and other Karaite works on Hebrew verbal morphology (Vidro, N., 2011, Verbal Morphology in the Karaite Treatise on Hebrew Grammar Kitāb al-ʻUqūd fī Taṣārīf al-Luġa al-ʻIbrānīyya, Leiden/Boston; volume 2 inthe Cambridge Genizah Studies Series). The critical edition and the analytical study are regarded as parts of a whole."--
