Festival founder Fri Leyson is interviewed about the festival's origins, its significance in bringing together the French and Flemish cultures of Belgium and reflecting the European situation, its sources of funding and the inclusion of Chinese works. The last 8 min. of the disc contains an edited compilation of the preceding footage, with voice-over translations in German, probably for a television segment
