Includes a deed for land in Brookline kept by Daniel Dana, 1749, and deeds and tax receipts for land in Windsor kept by Nathaniel Luther, 1801-15; an account book kept by Nathaniel for day labor, 1800-07; and correspondence between Mary Woods Dana, Rebecca Dana Luther, Calvin H. Luther, Lydia Luther Whitman and other members of the Dana and Luther families, 1816-86. Also includes genealogical information on the Dana and Luther families; and a diary kept by John Morehouse while traveling overland from Indiana to California, 6-23 Sept. 1852.
