If they cannot find employment in 2 more years-- they are dropped anyway. How can the unemployable people be protected and what about children? 72,000 people are affected, over half of which are children, and in this flat economy many can't find jobs. 30,000 are unemployed-- 15,000 lost jobs last year alone. Marginal skills are needed even on entry level jobs. Even these go to the literate and the educated unemployed since the employer can pick and choose
