Ce travail porte sur la recherche de l'existence d'une solution d'une équation d'onde quasi-linéaire avec conditions aux bords modélisant la vibration de cisaillement en épaisseur d'un disque de quartz excite par un courant électrique lorsque l'on néglige l'amortissement. La résolution de cette équation se ramène à celle d'un p-système non convexe avec une condition au bord vérifiée de façon exacte par l'une des composantes du système. La difficulté de ce genre de problème provient de l'apparition de chocs au bout d'un temps fini. De ce fait, on se place dans l'espace des fonctions à variation bornées pour obtenir la solution. On commence par construire des solutions approchées à l'aide d'un schéma de Glimm. La mise en œuvre de ce schéma nécessite de résoudre des problèmes de Riemann sur chaque pas de temps. Ces problèmes sont particulièrement compliques dans ce cas du fait que le système est non convexe. On étudie ensuite les différentes interactions d'ondes élémentaires provenant de la résolution de deux problèmes de Riemann consécutifs. Des estimations sur ces interactions sont obtenues dans le plan des invariants de Riemann nous permettant ainsi d'obtenir une estimation uniforme de la variation totale des solutions approchées pour des données initiales non nécessairement petites. On obtient enfin une solution entropique du p-système par passage à la limite sur une suite extraite des solutions approchées
