The logbook of the schooner Betsey details a voyage from Marblehead to the Island of Martinicoa [i.e. Martinique?] (Jan. 1793). Master was John Prince. It is an incomplete daily log that describes wind, weather, location, and shipboard activities. Variant forms of the ship name are used throughout logbook, including Bettsy and Betsy. Several pages appear to be missing at end. Last two leaves contain accounts and what appear to be crew lists for several schooners, with dates 1835-1850. Bound with the schooner Hope
